Nappa Leather

Nappa leather (also known as Napa) is a generic term that is widely used to describe very soft, smooth grain leather.  In the mid 1870's, Emanuel Manasse, a well-known leather tanner in Napa, California began making very supple, smooth gloves from goatskin, and the name caught on.  Euro Smooth, our version of fine nappa, is made on European cowhides and finished at one of Italy's finest tanneries.   The leather is lightly buffed to remove excess grain, drum dyed with softening agents, and then finished with premium pigments. Customers have been amazed at the combination of rich color, silky softness, and high durability!
