Because our cowhides are premium top grain leather, natural markings such as brands, finished scratches / bites, and hump holes (a narrow slit along the spine) may OR may not be present. Typically, these markings are very subtle and are considered by most as the "signature" of fine leather. Each remnant piece will be a different size and shape. Each bundle will include 50 plus square feet but often more. The remnants will vary greatly in size, color, and shape from bundle to bundle. Leather remnants will/may contain small holes, upholstery chalk, mottling, brands, and other naturally occurring markings. Some of the remnants may be folded to accommodate for economical shipping. The upholstery leathers have been bundled for the convenience of artisans and small makers designing projects such as handbags, wallets, journals, and other small leather goods at a very affordable, competitive price.
